COMENSA has just completed a stay and meeting at The Mannah.

I really want to commend Dudu on her professionalism and valuable assistance. I chopped and charged the booking details often and it was never too much trouble! She is friendly, helpful and professional and is definitely an asset to a people-based industry such as yours. She shines over all staff there!

Other staff were also friendly and helpful in the lounge and dining room and the tall black gentleman who took us to our rooms and helped with the TV etc., was also very friendly and helpful.

I will be booking for November with Dudu soon.

Carl Muller and I would like to formally thank you and your staff for the excellent service that we and the Waco Africa delegates experienced during the four days we spent at "Mannah".
As the managers of the Business Leadership Development Programme (BLDP), your reliability certainly made our task a lot easier!

The delegates were particularly complimentary regarding the courtesy and helpfulness of all your staff. Carl and I would like to commend TK and the conference venue staff for their professionalism and likewise Chef and the catering staff for looking after us, and feeding us so well!

As we all know the ultimate credit for your service excellence and the very well maintained and pleasant surroundings, stems from the management of your establishment, and Linda we thank and commend you for this.
